The Family Log Picture

In 2005 we took a family picture at Bumpa's place near Taylor, Texas. Levi was 4 years old and hated shoes, so he was wearing none. On our Shelve Lake, Colorado hike we came upon a log. One of us said this is like our Family Log Picture. So we took another log picture. We sat in birth order. Lindee was not with us, as she is serving a mission, so we left a space for her. Also Lynnae and Landen had not yet joined our family, so we took another picture with them.

 

 

Hiking in Colorado

We hiked Shelf Lake Trail. We than camped over night. We froze. We did not have winter sleeping bags. It was hard, but awesome to say we did it. It was beautiful!!!!!

While at the caves they had other fun activities. First, balance beam and rope walking very high above the mountains.

At first, Daddy would not try. I did not think he could because of his knee. However, he did it.
